CAYSA - Central American Young Scholar Awards

The CAYSA ceremonies honor more than 60 Washington, D.C. area high school seniors of Central American descent who have demonstrated remarkable success throughout all four years of high school. Students must be of Central American descent and have at least a 3.0 gpa.

The list of past outstanding leaders who have spoken at the CAYSA ceremonies includes the Honorable Constance Morella of Maryland and Michael L. Dominguez, Assistant Secretary for Manpower and Reserve Affairs for the Department of Defense.
